The ABC Shop Online now accepts payment for goods using a service provided by Paypal.comHow does this work?
When ordering through the ABC shop online our shopping cart system sends information over a secure interface to the PayPal website. You then as the customer then log in with your pre-registered PayPal username and password to authorise funds to be transferred from your nominated financial account to the ABC Shop Online in order to pay for goods ordered.
When will I be charged?
We only charge you after we have dispatched your goods. When you commit to using PayPal during our checkout process PayPal will pre-authorise an amount of money equal to the value of goods including freight ordered with your nominated financial institution. If you cancel your order with us after you have committed to using PayPal, the amount pre-authorized may be unavailable for use until it has expired. Expiry times for pre-authorization amounts can vary between financial institutions. Please contact your relevant financial institution for more information.
How can I get a refund?
Refunds for returned or faulty goods can be facilitated back to your PayPal account. More information on Returns and Refunds can be found here
What delivery address will be used?
The ABC Shop Online will use the delivery address you have registered with us within our checkout and not the address stored in your personal PayPal account. Please be aware of this when choosing a delivery location.
